Texas Reliable Auto Glass

Oswaldo was one of the employees that came out to repair my windshield. He did a great job, very nice and answered any questions I had. Good communication from the company. Also, the service was done on the same day so it was very convenient. I highly recommend to use them!

Great company and great service!!! Was able to show up before scheduled time. Very friendly, completed the job very quick. Reasonable price. Will definitely be my go to for auto glass in the future.

These guys are great. I called other installers, national chain and local, but he is the only one who solved my issue over the phone and no charge. Everyone else wanted $$$ and for me to come in. He is the only one who listened to my problem and offered a solution. I highly recommend him just for being an honest good guy that isn't trying to grab your $$$.

THE GLASS THEY USE IS NOT COMPARABLE TO OEM GLASS. Website says they use "high-quality glass that meets or exceeds OEM" glass. This was not the case. They replaced my window with thinner glass and I didn't notice until my window was rolled down and was rattling on the highway. I contacted the owner and let him know and sent photos and videos. He said he would send someone out to look at it- and then he ghosted me. No one ever showed up or called. I measured with calipers, and the replacement window was 3mm while the OEM glass is 5mm. I am leaving 2 stars because they were at least quick to message back and schedule someone. FYI, this business just contracts out to different independent contractors (technician showed up with a different business name on their van).

Great, quick, quality service right at home at a fair price. Iman was communicative and professional and got my windshield replaced in no time at all. Would definitely recommend this company!
